Welcome to CHC Labs
CHC Labs is a Florida-based clinical laboratory, whose expert staff specializes in providing services to the skilled nursing and assisted living markets. We have provided superior services to these facilities and their clients since 1996. Patients can also bring a doctors orders to any of our draw centers around Florida for routine testing. A list of our current draw centers can be found in the Locations and Contact Us page.
Important Information for our Clients
- To place new orders, or view results, click the Orders/Results Button.
- If you are receiving lab reports printed via a CHC computer/printer, you MUST leave your computer turned on to receive your laboratory reports.
- Server Maintenance window - Last Sunday of the month from 10am-12pm
